The space Villa Arctic Trail is a lovely semi-detached cottage, which was completed in 2024 in Äkäslompolo, Kolari, in the new cottage area of Röhkömukanmaa. Villa Arctic Trail is located close to ski slopes, nature trails, the Ylläs ski lift center and the abundant services of the small Lapland village of Äkäslompolo. The cottage is located in a quiet, hilly terrain surrounded by ancient trees. From the cottage, you can access the famous Isometsä ski slope and enjoy the entire 300 km network of ski trails! Villa Arctic Trail's apartments are designed to accommodate 8 people. Downstairs, there is a spacious, open kitchen with a breakfast cabinet and a dining area. The kitchen has plenty of cooking and serving utensils. The living room opens up next to the dining room to an incredible height of over 5 meters. The cozy living room has a modern fireplace, a seating area and a TV. Large windows open up to the mountain landscape. Downstairs there is a separate toilet and another toilet seat, as well as a utility room in connection with the shower. A separate sauna room and dressing room offer a peaceful sauna experience. A separate sauna room is accessible via a glazed terrace. The terrace has an outdoor hot tub. The cottage has complete kitchen utensils and appliances. There are two showers and a toilet.
