Located in the heart of South Del Rio, 2 short blocks to Main St! High-end furnishings and linens, efficient kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with plush towels. Welcoming front porch and entertaining, gated backyard. Simple, yet classic modern design, comfortably fits large groups. Long gated driveway for multiple vehicles, boats, RV's. Enjoy complete privacy, you will have access to the entire house. Courthouses, entertainment, eateries, library, dining, church just steps away! The space The master bedroom has its own bath, the other 3 bedrooms share a full bath. Master has 1 king bed, second bedroom has a full size bed, third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, fourth bedroom has a full size bed, living room has 1 full size sofa bed. The back patio includes a fire pit, grill, games, and plenty of seating. We provide the firewood, however, it may be out of stock at times. BBQ pit utensils are located in the kitchen cabinet next to the stove. The fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not for use. Guest access Entire house except 3 small locked supplies closets. Other things to note *Although we would love to meet your furry friends, we apologize for not allowing pets. This helps us comfortably host guests who are allergic. *We do schedule weekly lawn services who will require no interaction with our guests. They are quick! * Our housekeeping uses every minute between guests to thoroughly and properly sanitize and prep the home for your stay, therefore we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. *Do NOT move furniture. Our housekeepers are not movers. Please be mindful. *Do NOT use indoor linens outside. Fees will be charged per item ruined by outdoor elements. *Fees of minimum of $500 will be charged to guest if there is smell of smoke or signs of pets in the house. *Please be mindful of our white linens and towels- we provide black towels for makeup.
