Description

I live at the property. The property is a three story victorian twin home in Germantown PA. It is an older home with some modern update. During the winter season the thermostat is set to 60° and I provided guest with a portable heater for their rooms. In the summer months I provide guest with window AC Unit and a fan upon request. If you smoke or vape this not the place for you. Tranquil atmosphere. I am currently only renting to Med school students,graduate students,and teachers.
