We have an Argentinian bbq and also a pizza oven on the property a great sized dip pool and plenty of relaxing spaces. Guest access We have a house keeper live on property to gain access to the house. Other things to note We do have to cats that roam free on the property and a small dog that lives with the house keeper. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY This Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") is entered into between any guest(s) ("Guest") who rents or stays at the property located at [Your House Name/Address] ("Owner"). By renting or staying at the property, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Guest acknowledges that the property is designed primarily for adult guests and may present potential hazards for children, including but not limited to: Staircases that may not have childproof barriers. Balconies and outdoor areas with a thin wire for protection, posing a fall risk. Art and book collections that may be fragile or valuable, requiring careful handling. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with staying at the property and assumes full responsibility for their children’s safety and supervision at all times. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Guest agrees to release, waive, and discharge the Owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, death, loss, or damage sustained while on the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN Guest agrees that children will be supervised at all times. Guest acknowledges that the property is not childproof and that additional precautions should be taken by the Guest to ensure the safety of any minors present. Guest agrees to be held liable for any damage caused by children to the property, furniture, art, books, or any other items. 4. INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liability, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from injuries, accidents, or other incidents involving children or other guests while on the property. 5. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By renting or staying at the property, Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Waiver is in full effect without the need for additional signatures or documentation.
