Fall asleep in comfortable beds and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day at the beach. There are three stylish bedrooms. Get away from the world in a spacious primary ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The dining table can seat up to eight. ☆☆ LIVING SPACES ☆☆ The main level has a living room with two large, comfortable couches and seating for eight. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax in the backyard or on the deck. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. There are string lights to provide ambient lighting. Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don’t worry, it does not look into interior spaces. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay, including the beach chairs and towels, amazing living spaces, full kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Other things to note We allow reliably house-trained dogs for a $25 pet fee per dog per night for stays under 7 nights. If you want to bring your dog, please let us know: - If they are 100% reliably house-trained - The dog's age We must approve their stay, but we have never rejected a dog that meets this criteria. We do not allow cats or puppies. We would really appreciate it if you could bathe your dog before visiting. ** If you're not a pet person, note that we are very good at keeping our homes super clean despite hosting pets. ** No smoking. No incense. NO PARTIES. The property has smart systems that will alert us in case of a party or smoke. We charge a $500 fee in case of violations. **
