The Guest House can be added to the Villa for an extra daily fee plus cleaning costs. Once you have booked the main Villa, if you would like to add the guest house, you can message me, and I will provide you with a quote and can add it to your booking. We do not rent the Guest House out separately to other people. Guest access Guests will have access to the front yard, Main Villa, its courtyards and patios, and may park in the two-car garage attached to the Villa. You may access the Citrus Orchard and native desert acreage. Guests will not have access to the locked closets in the Main Villa and locked cabinets in its attached Garage, the large secondary building and RV Garage, the small storage shed, or the screened storage yard used exclusively by the Owner. Other things to note Pool heat is available for an additional fee per day (billed for every day of the entire stay). Just so you know, advance notice is required to heat the pool, as it may take several days, depending on the time of year. After booking, if you'd like the pool heated, please message me, and I'll send you a quote, which you can add to your booking. Spa heat is available at no additional cost for scheduled times. There is ½ mile of unpaved road in the approach to the Villa. A computer and wireless printer are available to guests. Free wireless internet is available to guests. Please remember that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted outdoors during the week at this property. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. The pool will be serviced every Wednesday. The propane company automatically refills the propane tank in the front yard as needed. We will try to be as least disruptive as possible to your enjoyment of the property.
