Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Aureliano Buendía is 500 meters from the church, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, integrated into the living room, and 2 in a small living room, with a sofa bed. Bathroom with whirlpool, panoramic window. Equipped kitchen, fireplace and barbecue. Shared outdoor area: multipurpose kiosk, 2000 m2 gardens, fire pit, heated swimming pool (v obs.) and mountain viewpoint. The space Our space is unique in Lavras Novas!! The layout of our two chalets is impeccable: furniture, bed and bath linens, rugs, decorative objects, kitchen utensils - such as plates, cups and cutlery - all carefully chosen and rigorously cleaned for your comfort! So, after touring the region, visiting its numerous waterfalls and the charming village, you can have a barbecue and relax in our heated pool, overlooking Serra do Espinhaço, where you can admire the most beautiful sunset. If you prefer, ride our bikes across our lawn or listen to music on one of our LPs, chosen and left in our outdoor room, where we also offer, in addition to books and magazines, some games for good times to be shared. In the evening, light the fire we've already prepared or the indoor fireplace to savor a good wine on cold nights, after a dinner that can be prepared in our fully equipped kitchen. A private hot tub with panoramic windows provides moments of delightful relaxation. Our Wi-Fi is of excellent quality, with a corner prepared for you to study and work. Our TV has access to internet content: Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube. Children and pets are always welcome. We have a furnished overlook with a wonderful view of the mountains, ideal for starting the day in our meditation space or enjoying the late afternoon in a truly magical place. Our outdoor area is all landscaped, and for the exclusive use of our two chalets. There are many carefully planted and cared for corners so that you can be enchanted by the greenery and the birds that are always around. In the case of joint rental of the two chalets, an additional 10% discount will be granted on the daily rate of the second chalet. Only in this case, certain events may be allowed: see conditions. Guest access Our entire area, measuring more than 3,000 square meters, is for the exclusive use of guests. We have only 2 chalets, which represents the maximum number of 8 people in this entire space. The barbecue is attached to the Aureliano Buendía chalet, for your exclusive use. The overlook has a physical division, in grids, to ensure privacy for the guests of each chalet, if they want it. In our area, we have several little corners created with great affection and care to ensure unforgettable moments!!! Each of them will have a different view of our property and the sea of mountains that frames Lavras Novas!! Other things to note Our chalet is a perfect place for your leisure and also ideal for those who want to work and study close to nature. Our excellent quality Wi-Fi will allow you to intersperse moments of pure rest with work meetings, home office and classes in remote mode. Our pool is heated, that is, it leaves the water - which in its natural state is cold - at a comfortable temperature during the warmer months (between September and March). In the colder months, the air-conditioning system does not work.
