Close to many amenities and easy access to I-25. Pet friendly- fenced back yard, and doggie door to the back yard! The space We are on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Two car garage for your use. Parks close by with tennis and basketball courts, dog parks, and walking trails. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs. Keurig Coffee Maker with a milk warmer for lattes and cappuccinos. Outdoor pizza oven and BBQ grill with propane. We are in the middle of landscaping the backyard, currently half is rocked. Estimate completion is Dec 2025. Flower bed full of flowers, a mulberry tree that provides great shade and rain barrel to help keep the flowers watered. We have a mature pomegranate tree that produces fruit in late September. . The yard has artificial turf. Helps keep the dust down and easy to maintain. Fur babies are welcomed, we have a dog door, secure fence and ask that you pick up after your pet daily. Guest access The home is spacious and guests can use all areas. Front door is keyless entry, code will be provided. Garage door opener will be left on the kitchen island. The one time cleaning fee is a deep clean between guests. Other things to note Trash days are on Friday, trash bins must be rolled to the curb by 0700 and returned to the side of the house by 5:00 pm. No smoking inside the home! The smell is very difficult to remove from the furniture, bedding and towels, resulting in additional fees.
