Inside you’ll find a cozy queen bed, a love seat, dining space for two, a full kitchen, full bath, washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs. Parking is available on the street only, as the driveway and garage are not accessible. Uber and Lyft are readily available Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee of $40 per pet per month. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
