Roku HDTV with a Chromecast plugged in, just enter your streaming passwords and enjoy a movie. Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet located on second floor. Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits with table and chairs. 1 assigned parking space directly in front of the house. Motion sensor light with camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. The camera is always recording. Free, fast Wifi throughout. The house is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis. I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage. You will have the entire house and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private. Other things to note: This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind INSIDE the house. smoking on the driveway ok with front door closed. DO not bring used cigarettes or joints etc inside the house, dispose in the white bucket outside. penalty for smoke mitigation is $100. utility cap is $175 per month for month to month rentals. There is a dog who lives next door and uses the backyard. check out instructions: Turn the lights off, lock the door, and return the key to the lockbox. The house has a legal occupancy of 2 people. We are unable to accept bookings from local guests. heat in winter no higher than 68/ AC during summer no lower than 72. make sure windows and doors are closed when heat/AC is on. 1 assigned parking space no mining crypto or setting up an electric charging station no unregistered guests. guests will forfeit booking costs, be charged additional and or be asked to leave. no mail delivery is available to complete booking, guests must respond they agree to follow the house rules once they are sent via VRBO messenger.
