However, we do have weekly pool service to maintain cleanliness. A professional pool technician performs maintenance every week, but some leaves or debris from nearby trees may still end up in the pool. We provide a net for you to remove them yourself. There are black stain on the pool wall just a heads-up. ⚡️ Before mailing, please ensure that the package recipient is the name of the booked guest and that it is delivered during the guest's stay. We are not responsible for receiving packages after guests check out, and guests must bear the risk of package loss. ⚡️ There is one parking spot on the pad adjacent to the driveway, but please do not block the driveway. If you have more than one car, please park other cars on the street. ⚡️ Parking spots are available for car vehicles, no truck or larger vehicle can park. If you have either one of these, you can park it at nearby paid parking. ⚡️ The AC is a mini-split system in each bedroom and living room. It takes around 10 minutes to start heating or cooling. The hot water runs slowly through old pipes and takes around 2 minutes to heat up. Please be patient and allow enough time for them to work. ⚡️ The countertop is fragile and expensive ($6,000+ in value).
