The space This home is a practical and comfortable base for families, groups, or travelers spending time in Orange County. The living room has plenty of seating, a TV for streaming, and space to unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is set up for everyday cooking and shared meals, with a large island for casual seating and a dining table for gathering together. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and basic essentials, and the shower pressure was recently improved. Outside, there is a patio area where guests can enjoy some fresh air and a quiet moment in the morning or evening. Guest access Guests have private access to the main home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio. Some storage closets remain locked for owner supplies and are not part of the guest space. Other things to note This is a residential home rather than a hotel-style stay, so guests should expect a clean, functional space with the normal signs of a lived-in property. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per person, per night for each guest above 6, and the maximum occupancy is 12. All visitors count toward the guest total, whether or not they stay overnight.
