Sofia Therme

Sofia is a city with warm thermal springs back from the Roman empire times. This apartment is located on top of the old Roman town ruins - right in the middle of the current modern top center. My apartment is at short walking distance to the main shopping street and all the central landmarks as well as to nice spa centers and modern shopping centers. It is a place that recall these old times by interior design, but also a place full of modern hi-tech appliances that will give you comfort. The space My apartment is consisting of entrance hall, bathroom with closed shower zone and laundry space. I have a fully equipped kitchen. One big open space room with bed and sofa. Beautiful top floor balcony /the neighbour has access to the balcony in case of emergency like earthquake or fire through an emergency door and emergency staircase - still the balcony is used only from my apartment for relax/ Guest access All of the apartment and balcony will be available to access and use. Other things to note This cozy studio will provide you with the best relaxing experience possible. You'll be able to watch movies from bed or from the sofa. You'll be able to get some sun on the balcony whilst enjoying your afternoon tea :) The building is located at 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street of the center - therefore it's basically just a quick walk to all the important landmarks of Sofia center. if you feel like going to a cinema - we have a big shopping center close by at 7-8 minutes walk called Mall of Sofia full of other shops and restaurants + playground area. I have a fancy coffee bar next to the building called Green deli cafe. Lot's of options for brunch and dinner that you can find in my guest book. Feel welcome in this small piece of paradise.
