Come stay with us in this newly-renovated one-bedroom suite in the village of Cedarville less than a mile from Cedarville University. The cozy space sleeps up to five people - more if you have littles. Two blocks from downtown amenities and the Ohio-to-Erie bike trail. (Photos may differ from actual decor as we have had work done recently.) The space Maple View Suite is an extension of our home and dates to the 1860's. It is a self-contained suite that includes a living room, an eat-in kitchen, one bedroom, and a full bath off the bedroom with shower stall. The entire space has been newly renovated to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Living Room: new queen sleeper sofa, two arm chairs and one footstool, futon chair (twin size), student desk, and Roku TV. Bedroom: queen bed and dresser with room for a pack-and-play. Kitchen/Dining: table and five chairs, coffee station, refrigerator, range, sink, granite countertop. Food items available include coffee/tea, sugar, honey, cooking spray, vegetable oil, a few basic spices, vanilla, muffin tin liners, and snacks. The well-stocked kitchen provides place settings, bakeware, cookware, utensils, hand mixer, Keurig, and toaster. Sundries include plastic wrap, foil, and food storage containers. Bathroom: sink, toilet, and large shower stall with shelves and a handle bar. The linen and water heater closets contain bath linens, a drying rack, a small sweeper, an iron, and an ironing board. For the Kiddos: a pack-and-play, high chair, and booster seat are available by prior arrangement. You will find coloring books, crayons, and colored pencils as well as games and puzzles on the living room shelves. Outside: parking is on the street. A sidewalk leads right to the front porch of the suite. There are two steps up to the porch and another bit of a step into the house. Guest access You will have access to the front yard and porch as well as the suite itself. Parking is at the curb on the street. Other things to note All linens are provided. An ironing board and iron are available. If you are a cyclist, we have a rug available by prior arrangement so you can bring your ride inside.
