Each unit is conveniently spaced out for privacy meaning there are no shared walls. Please do not wander around property. This home includes only patio and the house. Other things to note Please be aware of our house rules: - There is absolutely no smoking or drugs in Airbnb. - NO Parties or Events allowed. A request for a charge to your account for smoke damages will be requested. You may go outside the main gate to smoke. - No Loud Music or Noise of any kind is Allowed at anytime. - Pets are welcome, but please add them as a "Guest" to your total count***No Cats*** and let the host know that a pet will be joining you. - No 3rd Party booking, We may ask for ID upon arrival. - This is a very quiet and serene Suite most of the time, However at time your may hear the neighbor dogs barking. - Please TURN OFF all lights and appliances and air conditioning when you go out. - For Safety and Security reasons we may have to get into your suite to Turn Off all lights and Appliances and Air Conditioning if there is any sign that they are left On(noise from Air conditioner outside Unit, smoke alarm sound, light thru windows,) - We may also ask you to vacate the property if you don't abide by the house rules Thanks for allowing us to host you!!
