Tall wood beamed ceilings in the grand room that looks out on the breathtaking views. The area is peaceful and serene. This hillside home is located close to the beach and downtown. The large redwood deck faces the panoramic views. This is modern architecture and design with large slider doors that create indoor outdoor living and natural light. The space This modern mid-century home has amazing panoramic ocean and island views with three bedrooms and two and half baths. It is very private and serene. Take walks on the pristine beach that is five minutes nearby. Original art work, plants and grand piano fill the home with great vibes. Some of the art work is available for acquisition or commission please inquire. The grand room has dramatic black beam and natural wood 14' high cathedral ceilings with an open loft feeling. The modern windows and sliders doors are UV and energy protected. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds. Pamper yourself in the large modern bathtub. The third bedroom is used as an office, but has a mattress and a sofa. The water carbon filter system serves the whole home. Modern eco grey flooring with cork underlay is comfortable to walk on. Please note there is a separate Studio space that is adjacent to the main home--and it may be occupied. The Studio has a separate entrance from the street and shares the inner courtyard to access the spiral staircase to the downstairs Studio area. The Studio is private from the main home. There is central heat and A/C using the Ecobee control in the hallway. Note the shower is in the hallway bathroom. The main bathroom with the double sinks in the main bedroom has a large modern bathtub--pamper in a bubble bath or epsom salts--note do not use the shower as there is no glass partition. The home is open living and therefore has no curtains or blinds. The windows are UV protected. It gets dark at night but please bring sleep eye covers if you need them. The laundry room has a Miele washer and dryer. The third bedroom has an Audio-Technica music turntable and vinyl albums that can be listened to. There is a piano in the grand room and you are welcome to play it. There are no parties, loud noises, smoking or unauthorized guests allowed please. Guest access You can access the main home area, but do not use or enter the garage door in the breakfast nook. Also please do not access the exterior area behind the main home that is adjacent to the neighbor's property. Other things to note There are live plants in the main home and therefore I ask that you give them a bit of water once a week to keep them happy. :). I can give more details as needed.
