In addition, it has two sofa beds that can accommodate two (2) additional guests, and a queen-size self-inflating mattress for two (2) extra guests, providing flexibility for groups of up to nine (9) people. The property has strategically located outdoor surveillance cameras in the parking lot, on the sides, and in the backyard, along with 12-hour nighttime perimeter lighting and motion-sensor lights, ensuring that hallways, terraces, the laundry room, entrances, and access points are fully lit. It has two modern bathrooms with electric hot water showers. For optimal use, it is recommended to turn on the shower in advance and let the water run until it reaches the desired temperature. Security doors and windows with steel bars, complemented by individual alarm sensors, ensure maximum protection and privacy. For security reasons, the keys to all doors (except the main door) must be kept in their locks.
