Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment with ocean views, located in the privileged Ponta da Areia neighborhood, next to the beach. :) Near the building, there are great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, laundries and a gourmet market. Our space is perfect for families, tourists and business travelers. Feel at home and enjoy the sea breeze and sunset of St. Mark's Bay every afternoon. The space The room has a small dining table for four people, a sofa bed and smart TV. There are four more chairs on the balcony. The sofa bed can be assembled and comfortably accommodates one person. But in exceptional cases, it could accommodate up to 2. The location has two wifi networks available: the flat 100Mb/s (fiber optic) and the Condominium - thus ensuring access for Home-office. The 43" smart TV has "premium cable channels." Its stand is movable and can be pulled towards the sofa and dining table. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a small workbench. And the second bedroom has a double bed, a work table at the head of the bed, a mirror and a wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is spacious and has access from both the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom also has a hairdryer, hygienic shower and heated shower. There is a small balcony, where you can have an incredible view of the sea of São Luís. The sunset there is amazing, be sure to take it in. Guest access In addition to the flat's private space, the condominium has a "fitness room," and a small open pool, from where it is also possible to capture another beautiful view. On the ground floor, near the entrance to the condominium, there is a small convenience store. Other things to note Before booking, please be aware that the flat is subject to the rules of the Condominium. Administrative registration at Reception at the time of check-in with presentation of original photo documents is mandatory. This is a collective security and control measure of the Condominium. Access to the flat is restricted to authorized guests who have previously registered at the Reception Desk at check-in. Please be aware of the number of guests specified on your reservation (only these guests will be allowed to access the flat). Visitors are limited to common areas such as the Reception. "According to the Condominium Rules, no flat visits are allowed for short-term reservations." The use of the unit's parking space also presupposes registration of the vehicle at the Reception for the duration of the reservation. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat or in the social area of the condominium. "We do not accept pets."
