Kitchen has a stocked pantry, breakfast supplies, condiments, tea, herbal teas, ground coffee, pour over coffee filter, instant coffee and milk all included. Laundry powder also included. Smartphone charging cables and USB power points are also available for guest use. Tasmania is famous for it's fresh produce so please help yourself to home grown herbs from the private courtyard for your gourmet self-catering in the modern fully equipped kitchen with filtered tap water, Smeg gas range, Schweigen whisper-quiet rangehood, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and convection microwave. LED TV in lounge room has Chromecast on HDMI3 for media streaming from your device over WiFi network. Upstairs the spacious loft features a queen bed with doona, comforter and electric blanket. Also in the loft is a day bed nook positioned to catch the sun and a large desk with monitor, printer, Ethernet cable and Internet router ready to plug into your laptop. Sofa bed in lounge can also be made up - please note one-off linen charge of $33.00 per stay for sofa bed. Bathroom has separate walk-in shower and bath tub, unlimited gas hot water, heated towel rails, mirrored vanity with ample lighting and hair-dryer. Bosch combo washer/dryer will ensure all of your laundry needs are catered for. 1 bedroom NON SMOKING townhouse ideal for solo travellers or couples. Guest access Entire house: Upstairs, downstairs & back courtyard. Other things to note Car parking is available on street but limited to one hour Mon-Fri during business hours. Unfortunately cannot offer EV charging. Pet friendly accommodation, subject to approval. Please note extra guests beyond the 2 guest maximum will be charged $70 per person per night.
