Guest access You will be given a door code upon successful security deposit hold to allow you access to the home. Enjoy the spacious indoor areas, including a chef’s kitchen, multiple entertainment spaces, and well-appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Outdoors, the saltwater pool, al fresco kitchen with gas grill, and scenic covered patio are yours to enjoy. Parking: 3 private parking spaces available in driveway and free on-street parking is available. Technology & Connectivity: The estate is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, with login details available in the House Manual, which also includes guidelines for pool use and access to the home’s other tech features. The saltwater pool is closed for the season and will reopen on May 1st, 2026. Other things to note A refundable $500 security hold is required before check-in and is processed through our secure guest portal. This is an authorization hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout provided there is no damage, missing items, or rule violation. This requirement is disclosed before booking and must be completed before access codes are issued.
