Welcome to our humble home at Paradigm Mall Residence! We are located right above Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, with direct access to the mall from the residence lifts. Our goal is to create a versatile environment in the home that is suitable for guests of all ages and to give you a cozy & relaxed bonding experience with your loved ones. This special place will be as close as you can get to being in a “Perfect Home”. The space Discover a safe & cozy haven with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 to 9 guests with ease. An additional balcony space with sliding doors is specially constructed for guests who might need to smoke with peace of mind. Exhaust ventilator and ceiling fan in the balcony will ensure that cigarette smoke is gotten rid of quickly. Self Check-in & Flexible Timing Enjoy hassle free arrival with our self check-in system via the locked letterbox and passcode for door access. Check-in from 3PM onwards and check out by 12PM noon, allowing you ample time to relax and explore. Early check-ins have to depend on availability. (Please check with host) Parking & Accessibility Park with peace of mind with one complimentary parking lot (please check with host if you require 1 more slot). Additional paid parking is available for your convenience at the shopping mall. No others are able to enter) Rooms Layout - Master Bedroom: 2 Queen Size Beds with 12 inches pocket spring mattress (medium firmness), pillows, bolsters, quality bed sheets & quilts, dressing table with hair dryer, built in cupboard. - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed + 1 Super Single Size Bed with12 inches pocket spring mattress (medium firmness), pillows, bolsters, quality bed sheets & quilts, dressing table with hair dryer, built in cupboard. - Bedroom 2: (1 Queen Size Bed with 12 inches pocket spring mattress (medium firmness), pillows, bolsters, quality bed sheets & quilts, dressing table with hair dryer, built in cupboard. - Total fit up to 9 PAX - Free Wi-Fi Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, induction cooker, pots & pans, microwave, electric kettle & warmer, dining utensils, toaster, rice cooker, dish soap & cleaning supplies, portable induction cooker for hotpot use. HAVE FUN, FUN and more FUN! 2. Smoking is only allowed at the designated balcony area with sliding doors tightly closed, no smoking anywhere else in the house! 3. Kitchen seasonings and food are not provided due to hygiene factors. 4. Proper swimming attire is required for the condo swimming pool. 5. When check out, please remember to drop off the access card in the unit letter box. (Kindly take a video of returning the card and locking up of the letter box) 6. There will be a replacement fee of RM100 for the loss of each access card. 7. No loud noise after 10pm. 8. Please wash up the used cutlery and dispose the rubbish upon check –out. (Rubbish disposal centre is along the corridor) 9. Self-check-in instructions and pass codes will be sent to you two (2) days before your arrival date. As we are not a management team, we hope for your understanding that urgent matters such as repair works might take a while longer to resolve. However, do rest assured that we will do our very best to make your stay an enjoyable one. There will be a replacement fee of RM100 for the loss of each access card. The most important thing in the house is your safety & security. So we have installed a digital doorlock with an internal locking function. Once it is locked, no one else, not even the owner is allowed to come in. Therefore, if you have kids around, please ensure that there are adults around to unlock this lock, in case the kid accidentally turns this lever. It is very important!
