Parties & Events • Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, or any type of gathering are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking Visitors • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Disposing of ashes anywhere on the property is also prohibited. • A $200 USD fine will be applied for violations. • Any visitor not included in the Airbnb reservation must be registered in advance, providing a photo and valid ID (national ID or passport). • Visitors without valid identification will not be allowed to enter and cannot stay overnight. • Failure to follow these rules will result in a $200 USD fine.
