The space Inside: Step inside to a spacious, light-filled cabin designed with a modern, cozy lakeside feel. Sink into the warmth of the living area, complete with a fireplace and TV offering complimentary access to DISH Network, Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a large dining table, making family meals a breeze. The main floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed, Casper pillows, and a Smart TV. Its ensuite bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a jetted tub and grab rails for added convenience. Upstairs, the loft provides extra space for entertainment or sleeping, including a futon with linens and another TV with Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Two bedrooms await—one with a king-size bed and Smart TV, and the other with twin bunks. A second full bathroom is located upstairs for easy access. Outside: Relax on the front deck with your morning coffee or fire up the grill for a family cookout. Keep an eye out for moose, who sometimes visit the area! For outdoor fun, walk to Trail Ridge Marina to rent kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards for a day on Grand Lake. The area offers endless activities, from fly fishing and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park or Arapaho National Forest to snowmobiling, Nordic skiing, and snowshoeing. Note: The home’s ramp makes it wheelchair accessible and ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Guest access Our entire home is available to guests. Self check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. Other things to note No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced. No smoking of any kind inside. If smoking outside, please use an ashtray or a cup with water for disposal, as Colorado's dry climate poses a high fire risk. Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time. Pets are allowed with a $115 non-refundable fee (for the 1st pet). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays. If taking the route through Rocky National Park, please check for closures - The route into Grand Lake has been closed as of recently You may see property maintenance for snow removal or other exterior property upkeep. These companies are busy and cannot provide exact dates or times. If you see maintenance on-site, there is no need for alarm. Snow removal is scheduled based on snowfall amounts and cannot be rescheduled. You may be asked to move your car to allow driveway clearing and shoveling. Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk. Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy.
