A spacious house with a beautiful view of the dune beach, located in a gated community with all the security and comfort. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, equipped with kitchen utensils, new fans, new TV, bed linen, great ventilation and easy access. It also contains a great outdoor area with a large barbecue and shower to cool off. 15 minutes from downtown Cabo Frio and 5 minutes from Peró Reserve Beach. Other things to note To avoid wasting water and not generate extra expenses, at the time of check-in the value on the hydrometer will be noted and at check-out another reading will be taken. A family of 4 will have 1m3 of water per day. If at the end of the stay the amount is exceeded, an extra fee of R$ 20.00 reais per m3 will be charged.
