The six French windows all overlook the lake, for a breathtaking 360° view. You will wake up watching the sun rise over the lake and fall asleep with the reflection of the stars on the water. On the outdoor patio you can have a leisurely lunch enjoying the fresh air of Moltrasio and the amazing view that will accompany every moment of your stay. The space The cozy cottage is 60 square meters and is equipped with all the conforts needed for a paceful stay. The home is located in the upper part of Moltrasio, in a unique position to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Within a 15-minute walk along a cobbled way staircase, you can reach the lake, where you can enjoy a chilly day at the beach of Lido di Moltrasio or take the boat to reach the characteristic towns of Como lake. The way back is uphill and will take about 25 minutes. If you are, not used to walk, you can reach the lake by car and leave it in one of the parking spots you can find in the way. In addition to the Lido di Moltrasio (for a fee), there is a small free beach 10 minutes from home. At 17 km you will find the Lido di Ossuccio (large free garden) and at 45 km large sandy beaches (free). The trekking lovers can will find here wonderful routes that will allow you to discover the area from different points of view. Other things to note The car is a must! You’ll drive through a typical lake unpaved and closed-road. On the left (via al Mulino 21) you will the private park where you can leave your car. You can make a U-turn in the designated space at the end of the street or park on reverse if you have a low car. If you rent a car, we suggest cars such as a “Fiat Panda” or city car, or a small SUV. The car park is located at via Mulino 21, only 50 meters before the house, which you will have access to by walking up a cobbled road. If you have a big car and you find difficult the access to our private parking, you can arrive near the home, leave your luggages and go to park at the beginning of the street. There are free car spots at 800 mt from home and on your way back to the house, you’ll find on the right the route that in just 1 minute by walk leads you to the amazing Cam Waterfalls. The area is very quiet but at the same time within 2 km you will find excellent restaurants with local specialties and characteristic bars and pubs where you can enjoy a good breakfast, happy hour or have an after-dinner drink while listening to music.
