You will find modern appliances such as a toaster, oven, coffee machine, and kettle, to prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Every detail has been thought out to offer you a pleasant and stress-free culinary experience. • Elegant and comfortable bathroom: The bathroom is a small design gem, equipped with all the necessary comforts. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is an elevator in the building. The check-in process is managed exclusively through our online platform. It is mandatory to complete all steps in order to receive the access instructions for the accommodation. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement, as required by the Italian Revenue Agency. For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a Stamp Duty (Imposta di Bollo) applies, in accordance with Ministerial Decree dated 17/06/2014. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification documents for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the Public Security Law (T.U.L.P.S.), in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Questura). Other things to note During extended stays, it is possible to request a linen change at a cost of €20. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately at the time of online check-in.
