Welcome to this comfortable, bright and well-equipped house, perfect for a relaxing stay close to the historic center of Moulins, a city of art and history in the heart of Bourbonnais. The space 🏡 A bright cocoon for an unforgettable vacation Inside: Sit comfortably in a large living room bathed in light, open to the terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery. You will find a cozy sofa (5 to 6 seats), a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV, a friendly dining area and a practical laundry area with washing machine. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen will satisfy lovers of good food: fridge, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee machine... and to start your stay well, a few coffee capsules and tea bags are offered. Upstairs, there is a place to rest with 3 cozy bedrooms, all equipped with their dressing room: 🛏️ Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) 🛏️ Bedrooms 2 and 3: 2 double beds (140 x 190) A modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes the floor for optimal comfort. Outside: The 20 m² terrace invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors with its garden furniture and large dining table. ☀️ Here, everything is combined for a peaceful, rejuvenating and friendly vacation, in a quiet setting close to the center of Moulins. Get ready to feel at home… even better! Guest access 🔑 Access to the house To access the house: Enter through the gate. Immediately to the right, on the gate post, you will find the lockbox. Once you have the keys, go out. As you exit, turn right: the front door of the house is right there.
