Our building is just 50 meters from the beach, making it the perfect choice for those who love the ocean. Moreover, our location is close to the city center where you can find many restaurants, cafes, shopping stores and mini marts. Moreover, our location is close to the city center, just take 5 mins, where you can find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping stores, and mini marts. 📌 Located in the Alacarte hotel, you will have full access to all amenities and facilities of the hotel(with fees) including: • Beautiful rooftop swimming pool (Opening hours: 6 am - 7 pm). • Gym (Opening hours: 6 am - 7 pm). • Street parking area. • Restaurant (breakfast and meals all day). • Rooftop bar. • Spa & Massage. • Coffee and pastry shop. • Luggage compartment. 📌 PUBLIC AREAS: - You may access to all amenities in the hotel with additional fees: pool, gym, parkingwasher, dryer. - Deli Bakery and Café at 1st floor. - FishCa Restaurant at 2nd floor. - Spice Spa at 23rd floor. - TOP bar at 24th floor. - Washersdryers available at the basement(B floor. ⚠️⚠️ FEES: • Swimming: 100,000 VND/person/session on weekdays, 120,000 VND/person/session on weekends. • Gym: 100,000 VND/person/session. No reservation is needed. Please make payment at the spa counter on the 23rd floor. • Parking(basement): 5,000vnd-10,000vnd/time. • Washing machine: 40,000 VND. • Dryer: 40,000 VND. • Combo Washer/Dryer: 80,000 VND Guest access ⭐️ Paid Access: - A stunning rooftop pool and bar (Please pay for your drinks) • Pool access time: 6AM - 7PM ( please inform us inadvance) - Restaurants for breakfast and all-day dining - The rooftop bar - Spa and massage services - Luggage storage facilities - Gym ( 100,000 vnd/ pax/ time) ⭐⭐ You will have an apartment key which will allow you to have a full access to the apartment 24/7 - Upon check-in, you will be provided with 1 smart card. Smart card is used for lift to your apartment and pool - gym. Please keep your card carefully. Otherwise you will be charged $15 per lost card/key. There is a 24/24 camera system in the common areas (parking, lobby, lift, rooftop terrace, etc) for security purpose only.
