Pay and display parking in surrounding streets. • If you are more than 4 guests staying you need to update the exact number of guests so we can have enough linen and towels set up for your stay. (Sofa can sleep one person, we have a single Jay be bed that can be added for the 8th guest) • The property is on the top floor and we have a lift, it is a duplex so inside the property we have stairs as it’s over 2 floors. • This apartment is overlooking Regents street and Piccadilly Circus, it’s a very central Location and it can get noisy at night, mornings or during the day because there are construction works in central London nearby all the time (we offer noise cancelling machines in every bedroom for more comfort) ** Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival ** ** The Freezer and Fridge are mini size and not big size. •Check ins from 10pm-2am incur £50 Extra charge. ** Please note there will be construction in the building (nothing inside the apartment however there will be noise from 8am-10am) ** Only registered guests are allowed, we require name of all guests to be sent to us before the check in so we can notify the security team and ensure a smooth check in** ** it’s not allowed to use the address for any mail or Amazon delivery or any other deliveries, if you need to order things you can order them and collect them from a delivery collection point.
