The 4th bedroom has been decorated as an office, with a table and accessories for online or in-person meetings. On this floor, there is a TV room with a 3-seater reclining sofa and a 50-inch TV. In the huge living room, we have a dining table, huge sofas and a 75-inch TV. The downstairs is where the house's leisure area and service area are located. There is a pool area (unheated), with 8 black plastic tables, 25 black plastic chairs, a black lacquer table with 6 leather chairs, another travertine marble table with 2 wooden benches for 6 people.
