There is a double bed and the possibility to set up an extra bed. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, iron, and steamer. The environment is quiet both day and night — ideal for rest or focus on work/studies. Guest access 🚪 Guests will have access to the private room and may use the common areas of the apartment, such as the kitchen, shared bathroom, laundry area, and living room with TV. They can also enjoy the outdoor areas of the condominium, including sports courts, a children's playground, and walking paths. Free parking is available on the internal streets of the condominium (not demarcated). Building access is simple, with 24-hour security at the entrance. During your stay I'm available to help whenever needed, whether it's with information about the space, transportation, or tips about Belo Horizonte. Although I'm not often at the property, I'm always reachable through the Airbnb app and, when possible, I enjoy chatting and sharing recommendations to make your stay more enjoyable. I respect guests' privacy, but you can count on me if anything comes up. Other things to note We accept small pets upon prior evaluation of type and size. The bathroom is shared but cleaned regularly to ensure comfort and hygiene. Clean bed linens and towels are provided, and all shared items are well maintained. If you need the extra bed, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you. We're available to assist throughout your stay whenever needed. Furniture in the apartment • Do not rearrange or move furniture. Cigarette butts • Throwing cigarette butts out the window is strictly prohibited, even if extinguished. Discarding through windows • Throwing any objects, dust, or liquids out the window is not allowed. Objects on the windowsill • Do not place objects on the windows to avoid risk of falling. Quiet hours • Please avoid noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets • Always pick up your pet's waste in common areas.
