The space We just bought this apartment to escape the metropolis, with a home office and online classes for 3 people in comfort (desk and office chairs). The Wi-Fi is high speed throughout the house. Our house is for our own use and we love our refuge. The decor and comfort were designed so that we can spend long periods here, so if you want a place to party, make noise, or make a mess, this is not an option. This is a very family-friendly, quiet building. We have a 24-hour janitor and they are very strict with the behavior of residents and guests. We want to welcome with an open heart and share our apartment with families and groups who, like us, need time to rest and recharge. We have a Smart TV with access to the main streaming services. If you like coffee, bring your capsules, because we have a Nespresso! We have a portable air-conditioner available, but all rooms have a brand new ceiling fan and two floor fans, which are sufficient. We also have screens on the windows, which prevents insects from entering (we like nature, but not so much LOL) Our apartment is about 150 meters from Maitinga Beach, and has a communal swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and pizza oven. Our private backyard is 10 meters long by 3.5 meters wide (there is still a side space with a tank and clothesline that are not accounted for in this footage), which is furnished so that you can have a pleasant time in the hammock, (you can't even imagine how good it is to read a book or meditate in this backyard). We have a sofa, a swing and a table with 8 seats in the yard. You won't need to take a car to go to the bakery, ice cream parlor, hamburger joint... it's a delight... you can do everything on foot... If you can, bring your bike, here is a fantastic bike path that is worth it, you won't regret it! We accept small pets, but we have strict rules and we need to talk very clearly about your pet's behavior. Dogs can only circulate on the building's lap. We love pets, we have 3 wonderful little dogs, but we have to make sure of some details. We don't have sheets and towels, but we do have five comfortable pillows for guests. We have floor cloths and towels for bathrooms.
