You will have exclusive use of the entire property. Your private space includes the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. You are also welcome to use all common areas on the first floor—the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. Please note that the other locked rooms in the house are not part of the listing and are not accessible. The unit has a self check-in option through a keypad. I will also meet in person if needed. You have full access to the property driveway(the front and the right side of the house), large enough to accommodate 3 cars. Street parking is also free. If you have an RV, oversized vehicle, or more than 3 cars during wintertime, please contact me before booking. During snowstorm, if an overnight parking ban is enforced by Halifax municipality, the driveway will need to be shared with the tenant (1 car) from 3346. The living room is a place to relax after a long day of travel or work. You can stay on the sofa to watch TV and have snacks, and Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc. are free to use. Open kitchen and bar area with brand new electric appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) and cooking utensils. Have a cup of coffee or prepare a delicious meal in our kitchen. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a table and chairs for convenient work, these 2 bedrooms will share a bathroom on the 2nd floor! Other things to note There are security cameras located at the gate and driveway of the house and a hard-wired smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector inside the house In Halifax, snow ban is sometimes enforced on the first night after a heavy snow when no street parking will be allowed during 1am – 6 am as for the Municipality to sweep the snow. However, two parking spots on the property driveway will be guaranteed for you during the snow ban. The property driveway shared by other guests is large enough to accommodate 4 cars. Please contact me before booking, if you have RV, an oversized vehicle, or more than 2 cars during wintertime. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets due to family allergies!
