The space It is: - ON FOOT, 15 min from Tucuns and Manguinhos and 5 min from bakeries and market in the neighboring neighborhood. - BY CAR: - 10 min from Geribá (1.8 Km), - 10 min (3 km) from Porto da Barra 20 min (6.5 Km) of Rua das Pedras. There is a parking space for a car with automatic gate. The suite occupies a part of the land providing privacy to guests. Ideal for couples, the room is ample with 1 double bed, but since there is a single bed, a couple and a young person can be hosted. It has a small kitchen with fridge, cooktop and basic utensils necessary for you to prepare a little dinner. The bathroom has electric shower and hairdryer. In the yard there is a shower to cool off and take the salt from the beach and hammocks to rest. There is also a tank in case you need to do some laundry and a portable clothesline. In the back is my little summer house, but when you're staying, you'll hardly find us there. The yard is totally yours! The district is residential, so you might hear some rooster singing in the distance at dawn. Spend a few days in a simple location that provides fun and peaceful moments. 🍂🌴⛱️ Guest access There are two gates, one for pedestrians and one for cars. The car one has a remote control. The suite is accessed by remote password to retrieve the keys. Other things to note Pillows, sheets and blankets are available. There is a faucet filter in the kitchen and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Events are prohibited.
