Bushwick Artist Loft - Awesome Room

Come share our beautiful sun-drenched loft in artist-filled Bushwick, Brooklyn. The loft is surrounded by world class murals and street art and is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is also just steps from the L train (most convenient train in NYC) that will take you to Manhattan in just 15 minutes. Our loft, which we have built out ourselves with reclaimed lumber, is located in the most charming area of Bushwick, Brooklyn. The loft is on the top floor of a converted sweater factory, and has a large open living space with giant windows that let in beautiful light throughout the day. The room available has a full size, double bed and a desk, shelves, and a clothing rack. Typical of converted lofts, the room itself doesn't have a window to outside, but it does have a panel that opens up to the living area for light and airflow. We have recently installed a brand new barn door style wooden sliding door that gives the room a more rustic feel to match the decor of the rest of the loft. The loft has a total of 2 bedrooms and one tree house. It is likely that you will be sharing the space with other guests who will be occupying the other rooms. We strive to provide a respectful yet fun community for our guests and hope you will find it pleasant and eye opening to meet others from around the world. Guest access This is your home for the duration of your stay, so you will have access to pretty much everything other than the other private rooms. We just ask that you be mindful of the other guests in the space and respect their privacy and comfort. Other things to note We provide: - Fast WiFi internet connection - Clean filtered drinking water - Coffee & Tea - All natural bath products - Fresh towels and sheets **Please note** We try our best to accommodate you and your preferences, so we leave it up to you to decide on a checkin time that works for you within our checkin window. (A suitable checkin time will be decided on once you're booking is complete.) Once a time is decided between you and us, please be on time. Aside from emergencies and situations outside your control, if you are more than 30 minutes late, please understand we will have to enforce a $50 late check-in fee. If you are more than 2 hours late, the late check-in fee will be $100. If you are more than 2 hours late with no communication, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. To avoid this, we ask that you please keep us up to date of your arrival. **Additionally, if you plan to check in later than 11pm, we will have to charge a late checkin fee of $50. If your checkin falls after midnight, we reserve the right to either charge a $100 late checkin fee, or cancel the reservation all together.
