Our chalet is located right on the inland waters of the park and offers you a unique location. Our top modern chalet offers 2 bedrooms, an open living/dining area with water views and a modern kitchen - ideal for those seeking relaxation as well as a family with 2 children. Our cottage was built in 2019 and is in a fantastic location in Olburgen near Arnhem in the province of Gelderland. Built in 2018, the holiday park is architecturally very tasteful and spacious and is located directly on a quiet side arm of the IJssel. The park has its own marina, as well as a spacious bathing area and Italian restaurant. The cottage is in a quiet yet central location on a large property with a beautifully landscaped garden right on a small reed-covered watercourse and is fully fenced. Directly on the water is a small jetty, where the dining table with 4 chairs is placed. Here you can eat meals protected and in peaceful peace and enjoy nature. The comfortable lounge furniture on the terrace invite you to sit comfortably, lie down and relax. Cozy, bright and spacious living/dining room with modern, fully equipped kitchen. Through the high windows you look into the garden and onto the surrounding plots further away. Tasteful decor with loving details. A gas fireplace (indoor and outdoor fireplace) creates a warm cozy atmosphere. Air conditioning is installed for hot summer days. Comfortable seating with two 3-seater sofas, dining table set with round table and 4 comfortable chairs. Cable TV, Free Wifi. Through the sliding door you can access the terrace and garden. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double box spring bed (160x200cm), large wall wardrobe and private flat-screen TV. Direct access to the private bathroom with a sink and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single box spring beds. Again, there is a large wardrobe with enough space for your travel utensils. Separate from the hallway is the 2nd bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. A dog bowl with stand for food and water is available. The holiday park also offers an outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground, a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace and a lounge area. At the reception you can rent bicycles and electric scooters. The washing machine & dryer listed in the amenities are located in the central building of the park and can be used for a small fee.
