The Pool House - Gorssel

Imagine yourself in an oasis of peace in this cottage located on the outskirts of Gorssel in a walled green garden full of bamboo and rhododendron, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and an estate, on a quiet road. Inside, the cabin is a loft with a higher seating area with a hanging wood stove, a kitchen with bar and a double bedroom with bathroom and upstairs in the ridge/loft there are 3 more sleeping places. Parallel to the house is an unheated natural swimming pool with a swimming course of 13 meters. The space The Pool House is situated on the edge of Gorssel in a walled green garden full of bamboo and rhododendron, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and an estate. The cottage is 20 meters long, 3.5 meters wide and in the ridge 4.5 meters high, with a huge glass front to the garden. The walls inside and outside are bricked with "misbaks"; bricks where all kinds of special shapes have been created during the baking process, which gives a beautiful effect. Inside, the cabin is a loft with a higher seating area with a hanging wood stove, a kitchen with bar and a double bedroom with bathroom. The Pool House is open plan so there is 20 meters of view across the width of the house (only the toilet and wardrobe closet have a door). In the middle above the bathroom, a loft has been created with a 3-person bed. A heat pump provides hot (and in summer cold) water. Parallel to the house runs an unheated natural swimming pool with a swimming course of 13 meters and a helophyte filter with lava stones and yellow lava stones for the purification of the water. If the temperature rises, the water also heats up quite quickly, think of a degree or 18 in May and very easy to do in the summer. If you dare, you can swim all year long! The Pool House is on the outskirts of Gorssel, a beautiful village surrounded by forest and heath. The Hanze cities of Deventer and Zutphen are 10 minutes away. The house is on a small and quiet road. In the bedroom downstairs, there are curtains for the lower windows, but the upper windows wake you up by natural light.
