The Pool House - Gorssel

Imagine yourself in an oasis of peace in this cottage located on the outskirts of Gorssel in a walled green garden full of bamboo and rhododendron, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and an estate, on a quiet road. Inside, the cabin is a loft with a higher seating area with a hanging wood stove, a kitchen with bar and a double bedroom with bathroom, and upstairs in the ridge/vide there are 3 more sleeping places. Parallel to the house is an unheated natural swimming pool with a 13-meter swimming lane. The space The Pool House is located on the outskirts of Gorssel in a walled green garden full of bamboo and rhododendron, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and an estate. The cottage is 20 meters long, 3.5 meters wide and 4.5 meters high at the ridge, with a huge glass front to the garden. The walls inside and outside are masonry with "misfires"; bricks in which all kinds of special shapes have been created during the baking process, which gives a beautiful effect. Inside, the cabin is a loft with an elevated seating area with a hanging wood stove, a kitchen with bar, and a double bedroom with bathroom. The Pool House is open-plan, providing a 20-meter view across the entire width of the house (only the toilet and wardrobe have a door). In the middle above the bathroom, a loft has been created with a triple bed. A heat pump provides hot (and in summer cold) water. Parallel to the house runs an unheated natural swimming pool with a 13-meter swimming lane and a helofyten filter with lava stones and yellow iris for the purification of the water. When the temperature rises, the water also heats up quite quickly, think of a degree or 18 in May and in the summer very good to do. If you dare, you can swim all year round! The Pool House is on the outskirts of Gorssel, a beautiful village surrounded by forest and heath. The Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen are 10 minutes away. The house is on a small and quiet road. The grounds surrounding the house are fenced. Please note: ! Because of the swimming pool, this cottage is less suitable for children who cannot yet swim. ! The swimming pool is natural, so it is not heated. ! The cabin has an insanely large glass front without curtains. In the bedroom downstairs there are curtains for the lower windows but you will wake up through the upper windows by natural light. In the bedroom upstairs, the windows can be darkened with blinds. !
