In a residential neighborhood, Campo Belo subway station is 200 meters away. Close to shopping centers such as Avenida Berrini, hospitals, Ibirapuera, Morumbi, Jk Iguatemi, Vila Olimpia, Market Place, Ibirapuera Park, markets, banks, shops on Av. Padre Antônio José, all the comfort that a well-located neighborhood can provide. The space The apartment is 78 meters, has bed and bath linens, sanitized and packed for each new guest. We care about cleanliness, so we decided to include, at no additional cost, an employee of the company Parafuzo for small services, such as washing dishes, cleaning floors and making beds, always once a week in the afternoon for 1:30 hours. (This service can be booked at no cost). For long-term stays, we will send a professional for a standard 4-hour cleaning of the property, at no cost to guests. If the guest deems it necessary to include daily cleaning, check price and availability. **For large groups of over 6 people, extra mattresses need to be used in the living room (as there is no space in the bedrooms). *You have the option to use the open sofa (it is foldable, but it is not a sofa bed). Guest access Guests must present a document at the condominium's entrance whenever necessary or requested. Only guests will be allowed to enter the apartment; no visitors are allowed. The apartment has an electronic key that is provided after booking. Other things to note Check-out at 10 a.m., parking in the basement, don't forget to develop the control at the entrance.
