The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook during your stay, including a microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. A modern bathroom with a shower cabin is also on this floor. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds — as well as a second bathroom. ⚠️ IMPORTNAT INFORMATION This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (under 12). Bookings exceeding this limit (for example, 5 or 6 adults) cannot be accepted and may be subject to cancellation. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool within the townhouse complex, which is rarely crowded as most residents enjoy the nearby beaches or private gardens. Private indoor parking for one car is available in the garage. The property is conveniently located near bus and ferry stops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Other things to note Lake Como is a unique and protected area, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and environmentally conscious. Please carefully sort your waste according to the recycling guidelines provided in the apartment and place it outside following the collection schedule. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. A tourist tax of €3 per person per night (from age 12) applies and is payable in cash upon arrival.
