Welcome to our beach house 850meters to beautiful pacific beach & 3 beach restaurants . Our house is gated and in a safe area .Many areas to visit nearby from surf areas to crater town in the mountains ! Hikes , Canyons , waterfalls ! Coronado is a 35 min drive with all conveniences .New mall is 10 min drive to grocery store , large drugstore. Fish market is 5 min . Seasonal riohato airport 5 min. . Our 1/4 acre property & house is on a country lane with some lovely estates surrounding it. The space BOHÍO COTTAGE WITH FULL KITCHEN ,DINING TABLE ,COUCH AND TV. —ACCESS TO YOUR BEDROOM AND WASHROOM IS JUST OFF POOL connected to house .THIS IS YOUR PRIVATE ENTRANCE . YOU HAVE A KINGSIZE BED WITH A GOOD MATTRESS AND MEMORY FOAM , 100 % COTTON 420 THREAD COUNT SHEETS .LARGE WASHROOM OFF BEDROOM WITH HOT WATER SHOWER AND VANITY AREA . LAUNDRY IS PROVIDED FOR 10 $ A LOAD . One and a half DOGS ON PROPERTY . A Very sweet female rescue dog &one rescue who is here often :)to visit .Just have to say after 14 rentals now , it seems our dogs are a hit . Everyone Loves them sooo much ! There is NO smoking here and no children/infants , NO pets allowed. ours don’t like to share . If you want a massage I can arrange for you . 60$ for 1 hour . The outdoor cottage/bohío is for you with full kitchen and RELAXING area and the shared yoga patio room .The Pool is a shared area . . But we will try to give you your privacy if you prefer We have a number of fruit trees . We have many recommendations from guests each . *Quiet time / Lights out is 10 pm in bohío in respect of others sleep . This is not a late night place more a quiet retreat . WHEN NOT IN ROOM * *please shut lights and air conditioning off . . It will keep your room so comfy for hours if all is closed due to concrete building . Guest access Back private door access. Parking for 2 vehicles on side of house outside gate . We will greet you and help you settle and provide a gate key and house key . Gate door cannot be left open accidentally as we have dogs . Usually only the 1 dog though . Other things to note Laundry is 10$ for full load If needed we can help arrange a airport P.U. Suggested you have a car to get around. Willing to help with names of car rental places near here .House is stocked with many staples.Towels for pool are provided . We can help with tours and places to visit . We know the area well . No late night check-ins , 8 pm . If later then there will be an extra fee unless we have discussed this.
