Welcome to our beach house 850meters to beautiful pacific beach & 3 beach restaurants . Our house is gated and in a safe area .Many areas to visit nearby from surf areas to crater town in the mountains ! Hikes , Canyons , waterfalls ! Coronado is a 35 min drive with all conveniences .New mall is 10 min drive to grocery store , large drugstore. Fish market is 5 min . Seasonal riohato airport 5 min. . Our 1/4 acre property & house is on a country lane with some lovely estates surrounding it The space . Homeowners ( me and my husband )have a bedroom connect to house but we will mostly use outdoor bohío for kitchen and relaxing . 1 full time dog on property Very sweet female rescue dog .The outdoor cottage/bohío & Pool is a shared area . We will give you your privacy if wished. We still will have access to house as we share all rooms . Access to laundry room is closed . We will provide service for a minimum cost. This is easy as we have the two living areas with full kitchens and relaxing area to dine or watch Netflix :)This is on your discretion. We have a number of fruit trees . We have many recommendations from guests if needed. You have your own king size bed and large bathroom . . Fresh fruit -homemade bread and homemade jam , French press coffee is served for breakfast for a small fee . Coffee maker etc is in your room . Quiet time is 11 pm in respect of others sleep . Guest access Front door access. Parking for 2 vehicles on side of house outside gate . We will greet you and help you settle and provide a gate key and house key . During your stay We have 2 kitchens and lounging areas for equal privacy . You will have your own private bedroom with king size bed ( comfortable)and large bathroom . I think we are great hosts but if you want privacy we are also great with that . Anything needed we are there to talk with . Extra room has 2 double beds and is available for a small fee. There is a rescue pup on property and one that visits . They love people staying and people love them. Other things to note Laundry is 10$ for full load & the homemade continental breakfast is 5$ each.If needed we can help arrange a airport P.U. Suggested you have a car to get around. Willing to help with names of car rental places near here .House is stocked with many staples.Towels for pool are provided . Laundry service in home for a very low price :)We can help with tours and places to visit . We know the area well
