The idyllic back deck and garden can be accessed from both areas (creating privacy for the rear office/bed) and has another outdoor dining area under a large tree, Weber propane grill and zero gravity chairs for relaxing in a small, secluded grassy garden ringer by cobblestone walls. The house features cozy in-floor radiant heat in most areas, controlled by 2 Nest thermostats with independent bathroom floor heat. High speed fiber (Sonic) internet and a fully equipped front office with a standing desk ensure you can be productive.
