It’s the perfect way to stay in your own space, immerse yourself in nature but still interact with locals. The house has 2 floors which is inspired by the traditional house of Tay Ethnic people in village. The 1st floor offers a table for working, a hammock and a swing for chill out while the 2nd floor is where you sleep and linked to a private bathroom. There is a balcony where you can sit down and have a cup of tea while listening the stream singing underneath. The bed is soft and clean. All windows can be opened to get fresh air and mosquito net, electric fan are fully equipped (no mosquito in winter) All the houses offer garden view (1 step to the garden) next to a stream and mountain view, you even can watch sun set and sunrise from your house! By LIMOUSINE VAN (350,000vnd/ticket, 10 pax maximum with big - comfortable chair) Pick up at no. 14 of no. 451 Nguyen Van Cu street, Gia Lam Dist., Hanoi at 17:PM. They drop you off in front of our homestay. It takes about 5 hours drive. 2. By SLEEPER BUS (big bus - about 30 passengers) From My Dinh Bus Station (no.15 Pham Hung street, Cau Giay dist.,) Hotline 19001986 The bus departs at 7:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:30 and 20:00 The name of bus is Du Tuyết (Ha Noi - Luc Yen), zone no.38 - 39 at the parking area behind the main hall (be there 20 minutes before departure) Price: 220,000d/ticket, PAY WHEN YOU’RE ON BUS. It takes about 5,5 hours driving, stop 15 minutes on road. *After you get-off the bus at Tan Linh stop, you will need a taxi to Xoi Farmstay (12km). Taxi is 200,000vnd (or a motorbike taxi is 100,000vnd) Please inform us if you need the help to book a taxi in advance as there is not many taxi always being there. *** Bus from Sapa: Leaving at 14:30pm from Sapa Station, wait for bus at “Dien May Xanh” shop. *** Bus from Hagiang: Leaving at 6am from Hagiang City. *** Bus To return Hanoi: The bus from Homestay back to Hanoi departs daily at 6:00 6:30, 7:30, 8h30, 12:00, 12h30, 13:30, 17:30, 20:30, 21:00.
