The space Step into your own oasis within our gorgeous Villa. The 3 private bedrooms boasts exquisite furnishings and thoughtful touches that ensure a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathrooms are retreats in itself, offering convenience and a touch of indulgence. Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to private bedrooms and its en-suite bathrooms, providing you with a personal retreat within our Villa. Feel free to make yourself at home in these areas, enjoying the comfort and luxury they offer. In addition to the private quarters, you're invited to indulge in the resort-style amenities available on the property. The sparkling swimming pool, communal workspace, fully equipped Fitness Centre, Games Room are all yours to enjoy. These communal spaces are shared with other residents and guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. Please note that other parts of the Villa, excluding the host's private quarters, are off-limits to guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our privacy. During your stay We are committed to making your stay in our Orlando Villa exceptional. Other things to note PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated GUEST/VISITOR parking areas only. In addition the reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest/visitor" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste ONLY into unmarked trash bags and put it into the compartment under the bench next to the entrance into the property. Trash in shopping bags or any other bags will not be collected and should be disposed in a Community dumpster. Loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there’s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does not provide pool towels so bring towels from your home. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Unregistered and unauthorized guests are not allowed to enter the property. Smoking at the property, at its premises and within the resort is strictly prohibited and punishable by fine. We want you to feel at ease during your stay, and respecting your privacy is our priority.
