Whoever chooses finds the resources to genuinely experience the cost, as well as the house itself. It is a short walk to the river, and sheltered enough to have the silence that allows you to disconnect, immerse ourselves in in introspection, listening only to the song of the birds. The space The house has spacious and illuminated spaces. It has 1 bedroom (with 2 beds, 1 double and 1 full bedroom, closet and supporting furniture), equipped kitchen and integrated into other spaces, spacious and ventilated living room, gallery, place to park the car. It still has differentiated elements - largely infused with personal and family history - that can contribute significantly to the stay: a library full of books and several nooks to enjoy them; a cozy home to stay in the winter; a large table to put together beautiful and abundant banquettes; a collection of VHS movies and DVDs for retro movie nights; a gallery with an umbrella hammock to rest and contemplate the landscape; a garden full of slopes and species, to walk, collect herbs, clear, delight in the visual. Guest access The property is absolutely and exclusively at the disposal of those staying here. "La Calandria" does not belong to any cabin complex, with which you and your group will be the only users of the space, both indoor and outdoor, without sharing it with anyone else. However, there are some spaces reserved for storing personal items from the owner, which are closed, and must be so maintained. We leave a set of sheets and towels for the number of guests available. We offer a replacement if the stay exceeds 7 days. In case of shorter stays, and guests still feel to require replacement, this will have an extra charge and must be requested in advance, 3 days prior to arrival, so that we can arrange to provide it in a timely manner. Other things to note Available all year round, with virtues that unfold in each station. In the summer, it is your own to enjoy the proximity of the river and its beaches, the refreshing sunset breeze on the mountain, the mate in the gallery, that is, the perfect base for summering. In the fall, it makes a great use as a refuge to prepare the projects, organize the year, recover from summer and its intensities. In the winter, at the same time, it generously serves to house the cold and warm up the hearts, with a new home available and amenities to protect the bodies and revive the soul with the proximity of nature. Finally, in the spring, the colors of the season illuminate and bathe the looks with a lush landscape in bloom, birds, magic and pure life.
