The completely renovated guesthouse has central AC, a living room, a rollerbed sofa, a dining table (4/6 people), a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen,a dishwasher. On the second floor, a queen-size bed in the master bedroom , a smart TV, a large closet , a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, and bidet). The mezzanine has a desk, two twin beds in a second room, and a second bathroom( a shower, sink, toilet, washer &dryer). Outside, there is a lovely mini garden, a swimming pool that is not heated The space The space This is a quiet, separate little guest house in our gated backyard. It is 2 stories. The first floor is lovely, with a living room and full kitchen. The second floor a master bedroom with full bathroom. At the mezzanine a desk and second bathroom with washer and dryer and the second bedroom with two beds. We have wireless internet The windows are huge and the guesthouse offers lovely views of our garden and pool.The pool can be for guests but is not heated. Guest access ONCE YOUR HAVE ARRIVED There is plenty of free street parking. Enter the gate and turn left. Along the south side of the house is a gate. There is a string to open the side gate. Walk along the side of the house and the guest house is in the backyard. You are home! INTERNET INFORMATION Username: Password: WASHER & DRYER Located around the corner from the front door of the guest house on the north side. There is a door. Open that and you will find a washer/dryer for your use. The guesthouse has it's own stackable washer and dryer for your use. There are table and chairs for you to sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee in the garden. Other things to note There is a sofa bed that can be used for a fifth person.
