Note that in the neighborhood of the floating house is the former Old Believers Monastery, which now serves as a museum. Next to the monastery is an old cemetery, a campsite and a cafe (with delicious coffee, roasted by a local cafe, and homemade cheesecake!). The house is located right on the lake, with a pier leading to it, and it is from here that the private area begins, accessible only to you. Try to keep that in mind and don't lose your belongings in the water as most likely you will not be able to get them back. Note also that you are in the middle of beautiful nature. Please, respect the environment around you and throw your rubbish in the bin exclusively. * PLEASE NOTE: - additional services, such as a sauna, is subject to an additional fee - there is a strict ban on charging electric vehicles on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 1000 EUR - smoking only on a terrace and no cigarette butts thrown into the water - extra service requested (groceries, flowers) must be arranged up to 24 hours prior check-in and is subject to extra operational fee 50 EUR - lost key is a subject to fee of 80 EUR - late check-outs as well as early check-ins are subject to availability and must be agreed upon happening through airbnb messages. Otherwise a fee of 50 EUR per each hour of early coming or late leaving might be charged to your credit card - we are not responsible for items lost in the water nor anywhere else within or outside the house - only you are responsible for you and your family members when staying on a floating house. We do not take any responsibility for your actions that may lead to falling, hurting yourself or drowning. We provide first aid kit, safety vests and a lifebuoy yet we will not take any legal responsibility in case something happens to you during your stay at the house, near the house or anywhere else.
