Bring your own log-ins! ✔ Well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, trash compactor, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. ✔ Highchair, pack n play, sippy cups, and a few toys for little ones Guest access • The whole cabin is yours for the stay! • We have two supply closets downstairs that are locked. Other things to note • We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Blue Ridge, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.). • If any problems arise, message us through the app and we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances. • Being in the mountains and a rural area, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug, raccoon, bear). Secure the outdoor trash can locks each time. We have routine pest control to help with common insects, but will not offer refunds for sightings inside or outside the cabin. • Use of firepit and hot tub are at your OWN RISK and you must follow all house rules listed. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • The outdoor shed on the property is not accessible. • There are exterior cameras recorded 24/7 that face the porch and driveway for our safety and yours.
