This unit is located in the main building with all the amenities right at your door. This cozy first-floor unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a Tempur-Pedic queen Murphy bed, pull-out sofa sleeper, and full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances—oven, stovetop, microwave—and a dining table for shared meals. Step onto your private balcony for crisp Rocky Mountain air and slope views. After a day on the mountain, unwind in 2 massive 18-person hot tubs, swim in the heated indoor/outdoor pools, relax in the sauna, or book a session with the on-site licensed massage therapist. You’ll also have access to a ski locker, rentals, and a game room—everything you need for a perfect mountain escape 💙 Guest access As our guest, you will have the entire condo to yourself, including a private balcony, smart TV, Tempur-Pedic Murphy bed, sofa sleeper, and a full kitchen and bathroom. Other things to note ⛷️ Ski Access: From the unit, simply take the elevator to the 5th floor over to building D and glide onto the Corridor Trail (a green catwalk leading straight to the Winter Park gondola). Ski-in back home is via a blue run from Mary Jane (advanced recommended). 🚶 Base Access: The Winter Park Base is also just a 5-minute walk away. 🚌 Free Town Shuttle: The Lift: Runs every 15 minutes to around town and the resort. Download the mobile app and hop on the Green Line from the Iron Horse. From 6 PM–2 AM, call them for free on-demand pickup service. 📜 House Rules: Winter Park STR License #024830.
