The condo is in the heart of it all. The resort shuttle is in front of the building giving you access to the mountain in 5 minutes. The serene Fraser River runs through the property. The hiking/biking trail provides provides nature access all the way to downtown Winter Park and Fraser. Ski, mountain bike, summer concerts- with access out the front door. Guest access The entire unit 8 space is for guests. The outdoor space by the river is communal as well as the hot tub and sauna. You will be provided with 2 parking passes and a ski locker key. Other things to note Shuttle: Old Town is serviced by a free winter bus shuttle service to the slopes, which can be caught along Winter Park Drive, right across from our condo (the main street through the town) and will have you at the slopes, restaurants and stores of Winter Park Resort in just a few minutes. Fraser River Trail Access: The Fraser River Trail is a pedestrian & bicycle friendly trail that follows the banks of the Fraser River from Winter Park Resort, through Old Town, to Downtown Winter Park & even on to the town of Fraser. It enjoys its main use during the summer months, and is a fantastic way for all abilities of hiker and bicyclist to reach Downtown Winter Park or Winter Park Resort.
