This lovely apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. This flat also has a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table in the kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, there’s plenty of storage space in the wardrobes that you can make use of. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! We provide towels and complimentary toiletries too. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Guest access Guest has access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00, EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide an additional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 EUR smoking fee. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
